whereas,sponsorandfoundationhaveamutualinterestinpromotingresearchrelatedto_______________,hereinafterreferredtoasthe“field;”and

now,thereforeinconsiderationofthepremisesandthemutualcovenantshereinaftercontained,thepartiesagreeasfollows:
1.scopeofwork
thefoundationagreestouseitsbesteffortstoconductandcarryouttheprojectdescribedinthescopeofwork,exhibita,whichisattachedtoandmadeanintegralpartofthisresearchagreement.
2.reports
duringthetermofthisresearchagreement,foundationshallprovidewrittenreportstosponsorasspecifiedinexhibita.
3.compensation

a)inconsiderationofresearchservicestobeperformedpursuanttothisresearchagreement,sponsorshallmakefixedpaymentsinthetotalamountoffeedollars.?thisamountshallbepaidtofoundationuponsubmissionofinvoicesaccordingtothefollowingschedule:
